2. Purpose, no warranty and no liability
Purpose: every part of this site — the explanatory texts, the guides, the checklists and the AI-visibility scan and its results — is published for general information and awareness purposes only, to illustrate the need for AI Engine Optimization. Nothing on this site is an offer, a professional service, a recommendation, or legal, technical, financial or commercial advice, and nothing creates a client relationship, a contract or a duty of care between you and AIEO AB.
As-is: the scan and the site are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or non-infringement.
How the scan works and what it does not mean: the scan fetches a single publicly available page together with robots.txt and llms.txt and applies fixed, rule-based checks at one point in time. The score and the individual checks are simplified indications only. They do not constitute an audit, a certification, a security or compliance assessment, or a measurement of your actual ranking, traffic, citation frequency or visibility in any search engine or AI assistant. Results may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect, may change without notice, and no particular result, improvement or outcome is promised or guaranteed. Any decision you take on the basis of them is taken solely at your own risk and on your own independent assessment.
No liability: to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIEO AB, its board members and anyone acting on its behalf accept no liability whatsoever — in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, statute or on any other basis — for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, ranking, traffic, business or data, arising out of or in connection with this site, the scan, the results, any errors or omissions in them, any reliance on them, or any inability to use them. Because the service is supplied free of charge, no liability is accepted for defects in it. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or for personal injury.
Third-party pages and your responsibility: you may only scan pages you own or are otherwise entitled to test, and you may not use the tool to overload third-party systems, to circumvent access controls or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the URLs you submit and for any consequence of scanning them, and you agree to hold AIEO AB harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the tool. AIEO AB does not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content of scanned or linked third-party websites.
3. Privacy notice (GDPR)

Scan input: the URL you submit is sent to our server, used to fetch and analyse that page during the request, and returned to your browser. It is not stored in any database by us, and results exist only in your browser session until you reload or leave the page.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser user agent and timestamps) in server logs, for the purpose of operating and securing the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Email: if you contact info@aieo.se, your message and address are processed to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
The site sets no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and no personal data is sold or used for marketing.
Processors: hosting and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf, including transfers outside the EU/EEA where safeguarded by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. When you scan a URL, our server makes a request to that third-party website on your behalf.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Contact info@aieo.se to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
4. Cookies
This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for functionality you have requested. No cookies are used for statistics, advertising or tracking, and no data from cookies is shared with third parties.
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser.
